Ingredients

  • 600g white fish fillets, patted dry

  • Oil spray

  • 1½ cups breadcrumbs

  • 2 tsp paprika (optional)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

Batter

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • ¼ tsp salt & pepper

To Serve

  • Tartare sauce or seafood dip

  • Lemon wedges

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven or prepare a pan with oil spray.

  2. Mix batter ingredients.

  3. Dip fish strips in batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.

  4. Spray lightly with oil.
