Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (150–180g), skinless

  • 50g butter

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • 1–2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1½ tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1½ tbsp shallots, finely chopped

  • Fresh parsley & lemon slices

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Place fish in baking dish; sprinkle salt & pepper.

  3. Mix butter, cream, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, salt & pepper; microwave 2×30 sec until smooth.

  4. Pour sauce over fish; sprinkle shallots.

  5. Bake 10–12 min until fish is cooked.

  6. Serve with parsley & lemon slices.
